When you want a ring you'll wear for the rest of your life - and commission a goldsmith to make it, you take a gamble. You can't try on the finished product before you buy. With Eva, she is so skilled it's no gamble at all.

I was looking for a simple, wearable engagement ring. I tried many jewellery shops and spent hours searching for designs online. I knew exactly what I wanted and could picture it in my mind.

Jewellers didn't seem to register what I wanted when I told them - especially when I said I didn't want diamonds. When I first spoke to Eva over the phone and explained what I wanted, she immediately understood me. I felt I could trust her to make my engagement ring.

When we met and I saw her own beautiful engagement ring I couldn't believe it. Albeit different metal and stone, it was very similar to what I had envisaged but couldn't find anywhere.

Eva made the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands for me and my partner. They are handcrafted with such care and amazing skill. Every step of the process was a joy. Choosing the stone, discussing the design and the joy of seeing the finished rings was really memorable and exciting. Having the photos of how the rings were made was an added bonus.
